三种药物治疗方法在绝经后女性节育环嵌顿取环术中的对比

【摘 要】 目的探讨在女性绝经后节育环嵌顿取环术中应用不同药物的效果比较。方法选取本院2012年3月至2014年3月妇产科开展节育环嵌顿取环手术的绝经后患者160例，随机将样本分为4组各40例。对照组患者直接给予取环手术，A组患者取环前应用米非司酮与米索前列醇药物，B组患者取环前给予补佳乐，C组患者取环前经阴道给予己烯雌酚。结果A组患者的宫颈扩张满意率为87.5%，手术成功率为95.0%，手术时间为(7.3±1.2)min，出血总量为(10.3±3.2)ml，术后腹痛时间为(11.3±2.2)h，均明显好于其他三组，存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对绝经后节育环嵌顿患者开展取环术中应用米非司酮与米索前列醇药物，可显著提高治疗效果，降低手术风险程度。
